How The Internet Killed Mlm
Would you be more than happy to only work for three or four years, in which you would be building a life long residual income, so that you can retire with a peace of mind and be able to will it to the grand-kids? I wouldn’t mind this concept which is based around the MLM industry, but is it for real?
In the past, it has worked. Unfortunately, this concept wouldn’t be any useful today.
But how can I be so upfront about my statement? Every seven to 10 months, a large amount of people are exchanged to another company. Before, during a specific period, these people were known as so called ‘MLM junkies’. But now, the people above them are known as MLM junkies too.
Not so greatly, the network marketing industry has become anxious with timing, soft launches, and the next big thing. But what is causing this anxiety?
It’s just the game of numbers. The count of newcomers getting into network marketing compared to the count of new companies that are opening up, does not have a decent ratio. Any time that you want, you can start your own company. The issue is that you will be limited to the number of people that are going to join your business.
Now this is where you are introduced to the ‘Pre Launch’. A company will utilize this pre launch as an opportunity to gain networkers for their company. This allows the new company to let its networkers promote the company while it’s just getting off its feet, so that the majority of sales goes to those selected individuals that joined in the prelaunch.
Now, as the networker has started promoting this new company, another company will start up and offer its pre launch, only promising the next big thing. Right there, this cycle begins.
As this cycle proceeds, more companies will pre launch every six to 11 months. The networkers in the other programs race to get to the top, and the companies they abandon don’t succeed. It’s easy to see how this puts companies into major competition.
Just remember that when it comes to network marketing, the people that promote these companies is what keeps the company from failure, making you an important part of the system.
